Use of Services
You may use our platform to browse industrial capability centers, book manufacturing services, and register for training events. You agree to provide accurate information and use the services in compliance with all applicable laws.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Bookings and Payments
When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a service agreement with the selected industrial capability center. Payment terms and cancellation policies are determined by each center.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by NIDLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
NIDLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services provided by industrial capability centers.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
